Cover a Christmas tree with branded Children of Promise ornaments available in a downloadable kit and allow your community to choose “a gift” for a CofP kid in one of our 30+ countries!

Because we only “shop glocal,” funds from these digital gift boxes will be sent to our local directors all over the world where gifts and other necessary items can be purchased locally. In doing this, you will be supporting the local economy where the children live and getting more of your donation to the children!

You can also choose an ornament with a Children of Promise logo, and those donations will help us achieve our $300,000 fundraising goal and continue to grow as an organization.

WHAT TO DO
Set up a Christmas tree and place branded Children of Promise ornaments (available in a downloadable kit) next to the tree. After someone donates with the QR code on the back of the ornament, hang their ornament on the tree. Watch the tree fill with ornaments as your church helps make wholeness possible for children all over the world!
WHAT IT MEANS
2024 ornaments represent the Evergreen Christmas Campaign.
Over the past 32 years of global partnership, we have seen our share of challenges. Working within developing communities isn’t always the easiest. But because of supporters like you, through it all, we’ve stayed… evergreen, there when we are needed most.
The Children of Promise forest began in 1992 in 6 countries. Over 30 years the forest has spread all over the planet, to 35 countries, and 15,000 kids who have passed through our programs. Many people don’t realize we only launch where we have been invited in. This means the word is out! Since 2020, we have been invited into 8 new countries! What that means is, our global friends know the truth, planting a Children of Promise program works! We have already launched in 6 of these new countries, while watching our existing programs grow as well.
This December, we need your help to watch the forest grow! Help us stay evergreen for the next generation of kids growing up without a seat at the table. Gifts will help us grow as an organization, shelter children in harm’s way through The Emergency Fund, and empower our international volunteers.

What does that mean, exactly? Well, at Christmas time, when a lot of global organizations are sending materials around the world, we want to encourage you to send donations instead. By sending money to our local CofP directors around the world, we enable them to purchase local gifts for the sponsored kids that are culturally relevant and appropriate, and we save a ton of time and money on shipping. We appreciate your generosity so much and we want your generosity to stretch as far as possible. By sending money instead of things, we can stimulate local businesses that desperately need those resources. This way we help the kids, the local shopkeepers, and the local community at the same time!
